Your session fee contributes towards your customised photography session, including time and travel and your personalised viewing/ order session. The session fee does not cover any prints or digital images (unless these are included as part of a special offer)
Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness or injury. Please contact us as soon as possible if this becomes necessary
Copying scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited, including screen grab from our website, social media or other online presence Kate Everall Photography reserves the right to use any image in any form such as, but not limited to, advertising, samples, brochures, website and social media (unless specifically requested otherwise at the time of your session or viewing)
All images are copyrighted to Kate Everall Photography including those you purchase. Where images are provided to you digitally this includes a copyright licence for personal use of the purchaser for a period of 99 years and specifically excludes re-sale or commercial use
Payment for frames, prints, albums etc is due at the time of ordering. Prices are those stated at the time of booking, provided that orders are subsequently placed at the viewing. Orders and reorders placed after the viewing will be at the price current at that time. Prints made at different times may vary in colour balance Once payment is received your products will be ordered. Please allow 4-6 weeks for them to be delivered (6-8 weeks for albums)
The photographer has creative and artistic licence with regard to the choice of locations and poses used, photographic style and the number of images taken and edited. The photographer will do their best to honour requested photographs but, because of changes in weather and the availability and willingness of subjects, cannot guarantee any specific picture or specific background, location or group arrangement
Digital images will be at a printable resolution up to 8” print approximately. Printing quality can vary and Kate Everall Photography accepts no responsibility for prints made from digital files supplied whether prints are made by the client themselves or by a third party
Although the photographer and her agent’s shall exercise all reasonable skill care and diligence in the discharge of their duties it is understood that in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record the photographer will only be liable for the return of monies paid to date – although effort will be made to retake the images
If any conditions arise which are interfering with proper photographing procedures, the photographer will make reasonable effort to proceed. If such interference continues, then it is within the photographer’s discretion to cease work
Digital effects that are not considered darkroom techniques (i.e. skin retouching, removal of items, etc) may be charged for
Because of the nature of digital files and gift vouchers, refunds will not be available for these purchases
Gift vouchers may be redeemed against session fees, printed and digital images. They may not be redeemed for cash
