Kate's story
"Taking photographs is something that I have been doing since my teens. My Dad gave me my first SLR. A hand-me-down. I suspect it was an excuse for him to buy himself a newer model! Still if he hadn't I guess I wouldn't be here today doing something that I really love to do.
I started Kate Everall Photography several years ago, encouraged by my friends, and the company became
'Limited' in 2010. At the time I started the business white walled studio photography was all the rage, but it's really not my style, and I wanted to do something a bit different. Location shoots, often outdoors, are much more me! I like texture and light and colour, and atmosphere (sometimes light hearted sometimes less so). I also wanted to shoot with respect for my client, whether that's a shy toddler, (or groom!) or respect for the ceremony of your wedding or event.
It also means that with Kate Everall Photography you won't get a hard sell. I'll ask a fair price for the amount of time, talent and care that goes into creating your images. I want you to love the images that you buy. No obligation, no pressure - although that doesn't mean that I won't be using every ounce of my talent to make them difficult to resist"
